Shipping Details & Cost: 

• All orders are shipped UPS Ground from Raleigh, North Carolina.

• UPS (United Parcel Service) will not deliver to a Post Office Box.  Please be sure to use a valid physical address when placing your order.

• Shipping charges for Wholesale Orders are based on the destination zip code and weight of each shipment. Shipments weighing more than 200 pounds are palletized and shipped via Truck-Motor Freight Collect.

• Shipping Charges for Retail Mail Orders are shipped with a FLAT Rate UPS Ground Charge for single shipments to addresses within the continental USA only. 

• The Flat Rate Ground Shipping Charge is determined by the number of Retail items ordered.  (Note: The more items shipped in your package, the cheaper the shipping cost for each item).   Use the shopping cart to recalculate your shipping charge after you add each item. 

• Ground Shipping Cost Examples: 
  • Shipping Cost for 1 Frame:   $   8.95
  • Shipping Cost for 2 Frames: $ 12.95
  • Shipping Cost for 3 Frames: $ 15.95
  • Shipping Cost for 4 Frames: $ 18.95 
  • Shipping Cost for 5 Frames: $ 21.95
  • Shipping Cost for 6 Frames: $ 24.95 or FREE*                                                                  
• A tracking number will be provided to you by email once the order leaves our warehouse.  Please be sure the correct email address is entered with your order.  This is a complimentary service so that you will know when to expect your package.
