Retail Mail Order Delivery Time: 

• Most Retail Mail Orders will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.  (Usually Sooner!)

• Depending on the destination of the package the UPS transit/travel time will be 1-5 business days after the order leaves our location in North Carolina. 

UPS Ground Transit/Travel Times are shown on the map below:  These times are general estimates and cannot be guaranteed without the use of an exact destination address and zip code.

• A UPS Tracking Number will be provided to you by email once the order leaves our warehouse.  Please be sure the correct email address is entered with your order.  This is a complimentary service so that you will know when to expect your package.

Wholesale Delivery Time:

• Wholesale delivery time varies and is determined by the size of your order and the frame moulding(s) selected. 

• We strive to keep plenty of all mouldings on hand; but those supplies can be depleted at any given moment with other wholesale orders...especially during peak holiday seasons.   

• We will be happy to quote an accurate delivery time after the order is placed.    All orders are custom framed to your specifications after you place your order.  We will ship any and all orders as quickly as possible.
